The folks working here were courteous and we appreciated its central location. Large room, comfy bed and fairly clean bathroom. The hotel itself was in a secure area, really close to downtown Reno and downtown and strip.

Actually everything was excellent, my next choice again in Reno. It was truly a fine stay. Warm rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds. Nice pool too. There was a good restaurant in the hotel.

Beautiful spot, special service and varied breakfast. The room was elegant and soundproof, had perfect beds. Staff were eager to help, everything was beautiful.

The hotel was extremely accommodating, centrally located and the staff was always nice. Buffet breakfast was rich & consisted of muffins, hot waffles, pancakes, sausages and slices of fresh bread. Absolutely wonderful location relatively near eldorado venue and casino.

Staff and rooms were fabulous, overall the hotel was fairly new and tidy. Separate bedrooms and very comfy beds. It had natural lighting, I loved it. The staff did all they can for a wonderful stay. The efficient check-in process too.

The convenience of getting to the nevada museum of art and being in front of washoe county courthouse. This hotel met the purpose! Parking was definitely a highlight. Downtown Reno neighborhood was definitely worth visiting
